In 2011, EnCellules accomplished its inaugural milestone by pioneering an advanced freezing technology aimed at optimizing the preservation of food and organic substances. Our research efforts subsequently broadened to encompass the formulation of a zero-waste cascading production model. This innovative approach leverages agricultural byproducts from herbaceous perennials like pineapples, effectively converting otherwise discarded biomass into valuable cellulose, thereby establishing a sustainable, next-generation raw material source.
